-Egg salad with shredded carrots on top of crunchy sprouts
-One whole-wheat mini pita pocket, cut in half
-Cucumber and carrots with tzatziki sauce
-Fruit kabobs: oranges, strawberry cantaloup, cheery & fresh mint
-Water with lime or lemon slices

Tip #4 Get your children involved in preparing their lunches – preferable the night before to make for a non-rushed morning. Involving children in this process lets them have ownership in their lunch and more likely to eat it.

Chloe and Kenzie both enjoy making fruit kabobs and topping them with fresh mint from their herb garden.
