Pizzeria Moto owner, Jay Clement, is making some seriously good pies. Superb wood fired oven pizzas made fresh on location from a mobile brick oven. What more could you ask for?



The Neapolitan styled pies have a crust that is soft, tender, perfectly charred, and chewy. The Johnny Cash pie with bacon jam (sweet and tart caramelized onion and bacon topping), fresh mozzarella, and purple onion will leave you wanting more. Pictured below is the Lucia pie (the Johnny Cash pie was gone before I remembered to take a photo – it was that good).
