Stephanie Holguin, the founder of, is obsessively interested in all things culinary. Her passion for discovering great food has fueled her wanderlust for traveling the world. From formal cooking classes in France to a day in Busara’s kitchen and herb garden in Thailand, Stephanie has learned from the locals while eating her way through forty-two countries.

Stephanie created Foodie-isms to share both her passion and her craft. This is a one-stop-shop for luscious recipes gleaned from her travels, must-have kitchen tools, foodie finds, blog posts, healthy eating tips, restaurant reviews and more.

When not traveling, Stephanie is working with chefs in DC-based cooking schools or exploring local foodie finds in the Metro Washington, D.C. area as the Community Food Content Producer for WUSA9.

Sue Ann Gleason, founder of Conscious Bites Nutrition, is a Washington, DC-based culinary nutritionist, dynamic eating psychology coach, speaker, and writer. Her entertaining, fact-filled articles on nutrition, healthful living, the psychology of eating, and the blissful benefits of chocolate have appeared in various publications as well as her own eco-friendly blog.

Sue Ann’s recipes, radiant life tips and reflections embody the concept: Dancing with Delicious. Her mission is to show people that a radiantly healthy lifestyle can be easy to achieve and delicious.

When not working with private clients, Sue Ann can be found sampling exotic chocolates or building broccoli forests in her mashed potatoes.

Maryann Tomovich Jacobsen is a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience in the nutrition field. Based in San Diego, Maryann works from her home as a freelance writer, nutrition consultant and founder of Raise Healthy Eaters. She has written for publications including The LA Times, Today’s Dietitian and Today’s Diet and Nutrition and has appeared on Starting Over, the daytime reality TV show.
