Children’s lunch ideas seem easier and more exciting during the first few weeks of school. It doesn’t take long before parents run out of healthy and delicious lunch ideas.
Last year I worked on a series called “Lunchbox Love”. I reviewed lunch boxes, provided healthy school lunch ideas, and even consulted a nutritionist who contributed a great article about nutritional must-haves for school lunches. Shortly after the series posted I received an Easy Lunch Box in the mail for reviewing purposes.
I have been using the Easy Lunch Box for about 4 months and have been impressed. They are in fact easy to pack, easy to carry, easy to clean, easy to store, easy to seal, and most importantly…easy on the wallet! You get a set of 4 separate lunch containers for only $13.95.
Kelly has been such a delight to work with that I have created an easy lunch box sandwich and have named it Kelly’s Breezy Apple Crunch Surprise. Kelly’s sandwich recipe will be posting soon along with details on how you can win an Easy Lunch Box system.
KELLY LESTER is the owner, creator, and mom behind Easylunchboxes.com and the host of the new musical web series “Let’s Do Lunch!” Though she is a singer and actress who can also turn a mean cartwheel, juggling is not one of her skills — except, of course, when it comes to her personal life. During the last two decades she has also been an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three. A graduate of UCLA’s theatre department, Kelly has appeared in dozens of plays and musicals in the Los Angeles area.

Tip #5 Reduce the amount of plastic bags used by purchasing containers with compartments, which negates the use and waste of plastic bags.
